Our company is not even 1 year old, but we’re super proud of our client list and we are working on amazing projects. We try to build an agile organization based on freedom, creativity, and respect.
It’s just not a regular 9 - 5 job: days on a filming set can be very long. But work-life balance is important for us.
Our structure is non-pyramidal and we allow for people to go out of their scope if there’s a project they are passionate about.

We’re a small team and we have a lot of positions to fill. We also know that a good surprise might very well just wait for us around the next email. That’s why we’re not very specific about diplomas or experience. Or even job descriptions.
We’re open to profiles that won’t fit in a box and welcome every gender, color, size, taste, religion, …

What’s Next ?
Last detail : We speak French, but often work in English. We are based in Nivelles and often co-work in La Louvière but we work everywhere in Belgium. Teamwork is super important for us, so even in this remote era, we just like to meet with the team for creative briefs .
For every jobs, we listed a few skills and a mission. The idea is to give you an idea of what the job is: not to define you. So if you feel that this is the job for you in the perfect company, don’t feel like you have to tick all the boxes: Get in touch.
We’ll be a lot more demanding on soft skills like being organized, being respectful, being able to give and take feedback, being confident enough to share your creative ideas, but not too confident so you still can hear our thoughts about them.
For us, creativity is at the heart of everything but the execution is key. We don’t need the people with the best ideas: we need a team to make them happen.
